TERMS OF USE AND DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE

1 COMMON

These terms and conditions apply to UHANA DREAMS service operated by MyClothable Oy, Business ID 3020193-8, Hämeentie 155, 00560 Helsinki. By using the myclothable.fi online store, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them. 

MyClothable Oy has the right to change these terms and conditions by publishing the updated terms and conditions on the e-commerce website. Please read the terms and conditions in force at the time before placing your order.

The products are leased to adult consumer customers in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

2. ORDERING

Products are ordered at your addresshe rent.uhanadesign.fi. The order for the product can start for the partner brand from the online store, but the rental transaction is carried out by MyClothbale Oy.The weather website.

The product can be booked at least three months in advance by redeeming the product in the online store. The rental can be canceled two weeks before at no cost. For cancellations made after this, we will charge the normal rental price for the product.

3. DELIVERY TIME, METHODS AND COSTS

Delivery time is 2-3 working days. We strive to ensure that the customer receives the product the day before the start of the rental period. However, we cannot guarantee this in all situations. 

The ordered products will be delivered To the post office. Delivery is included in the rental price of the product.

4. METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Products and their postage are paid when ordering.Checkout Finland Oy's payment services can be paid for in the online store with the following payment methods.

Checkout Finland Oy

Checkout Finland has a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.

The checkout payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.

The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.

Bank Payments

You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy is shown as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments

You can pay for Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard in the online store. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely with a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.

Mobile Payment

Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass and Transfer are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting payment in that app. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders are confirmed by email. Receipt of the order confirmation and delivery information requires the provision of an e-mail address and mobile phone number when ordering.

The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.

We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show you:

  • Order order number
  • Contact information you provided
  • Rented products and their price
  • The rental period
  • The payment method you selected
  • delivery mode

6. DELIVERY MONITORING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or text message.

7. RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT

Upon receipt of the package, please check immediately that the product matches your order and is not defective. If you notice any defects in the delivery, see the instructions that came with the instructions or section 8 of this document.

If the package is damaged during transport, the customer must immediately make a complaint to the transport company that delivered the package.

8. RETURN

Product return at the end of the rental period

Return the package to a post office or postal parcel machine. You will receive return instructions with your order. Return at the end of the rental period is included in the rental price.

Rented products must be returned to the parcel machine no later than 24:00 on the end of the rental period. After the end of the rental period, a non-refundable product will be charged a late fee of € 20 / day. If the return is delayed for more than one day and the amount of the delay compensation exceeds the product's RRP price, MyClothable Oy has the right to charge a maximum delay fee in accordance with the product's RRP. 

Right of return under the Consumer Protection Act

The customer has a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and re-rentable products. These returns must be notified electronically before returning the product. The return notification must be sent to hello@myclothable.fi. We will provide you with instructions on how to make a return and a product return form. All refunds will be charged a processing fee of € 7.90, which will be deducted in connection with the refund.

Pack the product well and fill out and attach the product return form you printed according to the return. Returns are made via Post with the "easily" code we provide to you. If the product is returned to MyClothable Oy through other means, you are responsible for sending the return costs and they will not be refunded.

Return processing time is 10-15 business days. Once the refund is accepted, the refund will be paid to the original payment method. JIf the return shipment is lost during transport, MyClothable Oy has the right to charge the customer the price according to the RRP of the product, unless the customer can prove that he has sent the products back. A receipt for a return shipment serves as proof of return if the return is lost. The RRP of the product is stated in the product information.

Failure to pick up your order without an electronic return notification is not a product return.

Keep the receipt for the return shipment until you have received a refund or acknowledgment that the return / exchange has been completed. 

9. BREAKDOWN OR NON-RETURN OF THE LEASED PRODUCT 

If the product is broken beyond repair or is not returned, the customer will be charged a one-time fee of three times the rental price of the product.

10. PURCHASE OF RENTED PRODUCT

The code that comes in the order confirmation will give you a discount on the corresponding new Uhana product from both our store and online store. Unique Uhana DREAMS products cannot be redeemed - they have been made for distribution.

11. CHANGE

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time.

MyClothable treats all customer information in the strictest confidence. MyClothable undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties. The information will be disclosed to third parties only in connection with the above conditions, such as payment service providers.

Force majeure: If the obligations mentioned in these terms and conditions are not fulfilled in case of force majeure (due to war, natural event, catastrophe, legislation or official decision, strike or other comparable event), then the customer is not entitled to receive compensation from MyClothable Oy.

Finnish law applies to these terms.
